Called and stated that I had received money from Advance America or had a debt that I could settle out of court and pay $499.00 to clear up everything. Wanted me to fax a letter stating that I would pay this but did not give a fax number. He had an accent and seem to be froma foreign country. Told me to call him back when I got ready to purchase the money order and he would give me the information on who and where to send it. Also gave me a case number but could not give me any precise and definite information on the matter. I found it very odd that he could not be specific with his information.

I just got a call from someone claiming to be Brown Law Firm representing American Credit Bureau, parent company of USCash. And that they were going to be taking me to court on Monday if I was not ready to resolve the "issue". They were ready to provide me with a case number and everything. LIES, LIES, LIES!!!! Dont let these people fool you and definitely dont send them any money.

Robocalls like this need to be reported to the FTC! They violate the National Do Not Call list & it's easy to file an online complaint. The live rep I was transferred to (Kelly) said she was in a huge call center in Orlando. Gave the address as 4286 Quadrangle Dr/Orlando/FL/32806. Report these scumbags to the FTC! Do NOT give them any personal information!
